The instructors keep you focused and motivated while making sure that you’re doing everything correctly. The classes are rarely the same. The instructors play music that helps me stay motivated too.

Team members are the best. From front desk to instructors. Love the music which is very motivating, as well. Appreciate the feedback on calories burned , heart rate and splats. Finally, APP to sign up for classes is very user friendly.

It’s very organized and I don’t have to come up with my own plan. The only negative is the spacing for floor work (weights, straps, etc) is very tight. I wish there was more room. Then again I attend the crowded 530pm class because that works best for me. I

Midtown is my favorite gyms of the OTF I’ve been to in the area. The coaches are always fun, the staff is super friendly, and I like the layout best. When I have a friend I’m trying to get to join I always try to get them to come to midtown even if they live closer to another gym because I think it sets the best example of why I love it.
It’s the only workout that has worked for me. I’ve seen results and have been able to keep it off - even after I fall off the wagon and have soft drinks on the weekends.

The music selection is fantastic which adds to the overall experience. The beats are not only motivating but also perfectly synchronized with the tread runs and the rest of the workout, pushing me to give it my best in every session. OTF rocks!
