Instructor was great!
I love the fact that we work out different parts of the body plus the aerobic exercise, and I don't have to think. Someone else gets to do that, just follow Coach. The staff and the coaches are great at this location.
I enjoy the variety of exercises, both the types of exercises, but also the varying duration of the blocks and the varying intensities. Great instructors also! Plus, I enjoy my fellow members. They are generally quite friendly and courteous, unlike the typical member at the 24-hour gym I also attend to complement my OT workouts.

Lobby, Fitness Area and bathrooms were very clean.
Front desk staff was very professional and courteous.
Parking is extremely limited.
No planning is needed and you just go with the flow and follow the coach

This was my first class. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect other than the workouts are intense. The midtown location folks greeted me with open arms. Personal Trainer Courtney went over the equipment and the orange theory lingo with me before class. When class started she came over to check up on me and explained to me after class what the results on the screen meant. I love how structured the class was and the animated trainers on the walls to show the weight lifting techniques is very helpful as well. I look forward to more classes :).
It’s something different everyday and I don’t have to think about a workout schedule or routine. It’s already scheduled and planned.
Focused, engaging, variety, effective and efficient (so much stuff on an 55 min.)
All the staff is very friendly and the coach pay attention that we are doing the exercises correctly.

Manage two other studios for OTF, was very pleased with my experience. Saw an intro arrive late and the way staff handled it was excellent. Great personal touch during the workout, great playlist that was motivating, facility was super clean.
They’re high energy, very friendly and knowledgeable trainers!!!
Great all-around workout. Also that the classes are pretty full so you are not by yourself or with just a few people.

They are timed workouts, supervised, instructions, working out with weights, very positive vibe!
The instructor, Morgan, was full of useful feedback throughout the workout. She was super attentive to the clients and the studio was very clean and well-maintained.

Love the workouts and the staff at the desk is really nice. Wish the coaches would encourage stretching after the class ends. They do that at other OT studios

That I can burn over 500 calls in much less time than jogging. And that no 2 workouts were ever the same. (I get bored fast.)
Everyday is different yet challenging. The coaches are great motivators and teachers when needed.
