I like the variety, I like being able to come in and be told what to do without thinking about it. I like the friendliness and professionalism of the coaches.
What I do not like - the workouts that feel overly complicated. For example, today was a partner workout and it was not well designed, and it included keeping track of distances throughout the entire tread component. It was overly complicated and frustrating.
Keep the workouts simple so we don't have to think when we come in and can just get it done.
The workout varies from class to class and options are given for the floor exercises.
Consistent
It’s always different….you push as hard or little as you want to reach your splat points.
I like that it’s user friendly. All fitness levels can likely participate. I like that I can push myself without being on complete display like in a gym fitness class.

OTF is fabulous. The staff are very helpful and professional. The coaches are amazing and will work with you if you have an injury. I have been a member since 2/23 and I attend 2-3 times a week. I feel so much better physically! Thanks OTF..y’all are the best!

I like that they are structured and instructor led.
I love the intensity, but I also do it at my own pace. Having the coaches telling us what to do, in a motivating way, really helps me strive to do my best. Everyone in the class is motivated. And, I love that we switch from 3 stations. Never boring or monotonous!
The coaches are amazing! Very encouraging! I love that the workouts aren't boring! The time goes by fast. I've gotten so much stronger!
Coach Sarah always keeps us upbeat and makes the class fun even when it's really tough going!

I love the intensity and changing templates of the workouts and how I can scale up or down personally. I especially love lift days as I’ve grown stronger physically and mentally. Now I can do things I never thought possible even though I’ve worked out for years. The coaches are all great and help to create a positive and motivating atmosphere in the classes.
The motivation I get in orange Theory by trainers cannot be compared with any other fitness centre. People and trainers are so energetic and enthusiastic that you won’t like to missed a single workout. Best decision of my life by joining these amazing fitness centre.
