I love the workout facility...nice and bright! I really like the teachers as well. Austin and Neema are 2 of my favorites for sure. Michael is great as well. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful too. :)

I like the balance of half the workout on cardio and half on strength. I also like that it pushes me more than I normally would, and that I can see my progress with the heart rate monitor,.

I love that all I have to do is show up. I don't have to think about what to do next. The coaches are there to tell me what to do in order to see results and push my body. I am so addicted!

What do you like about our workout?

The coach Shad is able to motivate with his attitude/spirit, the playlist selection and voice! He is able to somehow ensure that you are properly executing all tasks, while having a full class. I find myself being able to push my endurance and base pace!!

Clean studio, friendly front staff and coach John. He played great music and was very good at communicating the workout. Checked in on form too. He was great.

I love how every day is different but always challenging. I like that the class is with others but small enough to where the coach knows your name and can push you to do what they know you personally can do.

I enjoyed all of it. If I had to pick something it would be the treadmill segment, but that's only because I'm not a fan of running.

**My score is a 10 but keeps defaulting to 9???

The coaches are amazing, they make you want to perform at your best! Love the treadmill blocks, I feel like I’m a better jogger now than I have been my whole life!

What do you like about our workout?

Other than the structure, i.e. the variety and cardio, I really enjoy the atmosphere the Coaches bring. Coach Cailyn is the reason I switched to Sawyer Heights - very thorough, upbeat, and encouraging. Made the 5 am classes worth waking up for. Great playlists too! I really like classes with Coach Erin and Coach Austin as well. They are really great about keeping the energy of the classes up!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it's different every single day. I also love that the coaches are really friendly and approachable, and they are always willing to give you alternate exercises if you need it.
