I work out at OTF at least 4 times per week either in College Station or West University in Houston. I tried Sugarland on Saturday because of a funeral and really enjoyed the class. Michael was one of the better coaches I have ever had in almost 1 1/2 years of doing OTF. I really enjoyed the workout and facility.

The coaches are very motivating, the variety of the workouts are great, the facility and atmosphere is clean and professional.
I received a first month's membership from my middle daughter as a Christmas gift. I joined OTF following my first month and after 10 months of regularly attending two sessions per week, I would say it has been one of the best gifts I have ever received!

It is focused and takes the guess work out of "what to do" for the most benefit.
A good exhaustion of lots of body parts
Encompasses strength, endurance, and power movements. I really enjoy the water rower compared to the traditional chain driven tower found at other gyms.
Variety of workouts targeting different muscle groups. The coaches make an effort to engage with every person and or correct your form. They are very energetic which helps with motivation. The location is great and plenty of parking. Great customer service.
Face paced over in 60 minutes fantastic calorie burn
I like that it's organized and I can see results immediately following my workout.
Great classes - I love the variety! Always challenging (but not unrealistic) for us "older" members (I am 49). The instructors/coaches are always friendly, upbeat and positive - I like them all. And I enjoy the company of my fellow members that I see at the 5am weekday classes - the other members are friendly and courteous. I am glad to be a member - I get a lot of bang for the cost of my membership. Thanks! Amos Oelking
The continuous pace but ability to go at your own speed. I like re variety of movements and the hour goes by pretty fast. I’m very new to OT but so far I love it. (I also like the monitor board and report you get afterwards)
Let’s see.... we love a lot about it so I will list
1. Different workout every day
2. Positive encouraging and motivating instructors
4. Majority of coaches have great music selection that is upbeat, and motivating
5.staff is very nice, friendly and welcoming. Especially Cheron and Madison (not sure if spelled correctly, sorry)
6. Rose and Elizabeth are our favorites!!
7. Equipment is in working order and if broken they at least try to fix.
8. Great hours, open early enough so I can get workout in shower and go straight to work
The only things negative are that we just wish that fellow workout people wouldn’t talk and laugh through workout cause it makes it very hard to ignore and get into own workout and hear the instructions and music. And wish that instructors wouldn’t sing with headset on like they’re in concert or something. It’s distracting and not motivating.

Everyone at Katy OTF was welcoming and helpful when I visited there a few times recently. It’s great to be able to walk into ANY OTF and feel like I’m at my home studio. Love Orange Theory!
I don’t have to think about anything other than putting forth my best effort and most of the coaches are great (especially Emily).
Always having a trainer ready to answer questions or give other recommendations on exercise options.

Especially like coach Matthew. He really pushes you in a good way. The studio is actually in Houston, but close to Bellaire. Would love to have a Bellaire location :)
Great workout!! I would ask and recommend that even if a person has done orange theory a lot at other places, to take the time to talk them through how y’all run your gym. Makes everyone feel a little more comfortable to know what’s going on.

Every workout fits every lifestyle but you modify to fit your needs.
I like that it’s always moving, no downtime.
I also like that the coaches stay within the hour - I can give an hour to my fitness goals, may not be able to give more.
The instructor was motivating and helpful. I enjoyed her music selection!

The Staff was friendly and an all around great workout!
Knowledgeable, encouraging coaches, variety of workouts. Challenging but not intimidating. Allows me to push myself as my ability improves. Love it!
