Fun but hard - good mix of exercises and good instructer
It's really a tough workout, but still doable. Love the way Laura pushes and encourages us. Her pleasant demeanor is great! The intermittent training helps me keep going. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and nice. Sometimes the music can be harsh, but they do mix it up.
The variety and intensity of it all, top notch trainers, amazing customer service and most of all, the changes in my body, lifestyle and even soul!;) I'm certainly one of Orangetheory biggest fans!!
Variation and intensity
The coaches are great. They encourage me to push myself harder. The variety of the workouts keeps me guessing what will be the program for the day. The music helps make me run or workout harder. The best part is that this is a 1 hour workout and I don't have to think about it. The coaches has the hour planned and I just go and do it!

High intensity, you can go at your own pace or push it to the limit, super effective
Workout is GREAT, but the music is often way too loud. It's enough to actually deter me from coming more than twice per week because I don't want to be deaf in 10 years.
Everything, in one hour class I get to do strength training, walking or running and rowing. Coaches are great, atmosphere is excellent, very friendly staff. Most important thing is I lost weight and got in shape. It's not a typical boring workout. I enjoy my time there.
The ability to watch your progress displayed on a monitor - I found this a motivation to push myself harder (even at age 61) ! I loved the music and the constant change- it was a fantastic work out and even though the instructor was not your personal instructor it felt like "he" was !
