The balance of cardio and strength training. The instructors keep me motivated. The variety in the classes.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the class team effort as a whole. Having a trainer there to teach and push you truly helps. I am really enjoying my classes so far. I look forward to more burning calories and reaching my health/weight just overall goals.

Varies every day. New challenge each time. Like monitoring my heart rates. Even though it's group classes it's still at your own ability level

A good variety of exercises. Great, positive, and very encouraging coaching that modifies to the needs of the participants.

well rounded, combining cardio and strength training and loud fast paced music with encouraging coaches. I'm pregnant currently and have been able to modify my workouts with ease.
