It isn't monotonous, and you can see how hard you are working at all times. It pushes me way beyond what I would do on my own.

I like that it's different basically every time. I love that the trainers recognize you and it feels like you're paying for a personal trainer without the price tag. I always feel like I'm being pushed and making progress by the feedback I receive. I couldn't be happier with the establishment.

What do you like about our workout?

Specifically, Andrew's class is a must. He selects his playlist to match a consistent bpm range which makes it very easy to get into "the zone" and stay there all workout. You can lift your weights to the beat and know you're doing a controlled, effective workout instead of trying to guess at an appropriate pace with other less-thoughtfully curated playlists. As a music lover and former dancer, this makes your challenging workouts more enjoyable and more effective for me and for anyone else who locks into the beat. He's also very empathetic and works hard to make sure everyone is motivated, modified if necessary, and doing the most effective workout for them personally. Great coach. Great class!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workout is ALWAYS challenging. I know I have gotten stronger in the months I've been there, AND because I can adjust the workout based on my CURRENT fitness level, I am always challenged and pushed to do better, try better, and be better.

I love your workout because it gives me a great combination of both cardio and strength training. The high energy of the trainers is totally a bonus.

How much I burn and how I feel like my hour workout was maximized. It's not easy to carve an hour or more out the day and workout. You all make it worth my while by giving a challenging yet all levels can participate.

What do you like about our workout?

It was the motivation I was looking for! Been with Orange theory for a few months and I can honestly say I'm enjoying working out again. Coaches are friendly and willing to answer any questions. They push you to push yourself, but in a motivating way if that makes sense. Front desk staff is always smiling and welcoming. Music played is a good variety. Facilty is always clean not stinky like other gyms. I can honestly say i havent lost pound. BUT i have lost inches (more important to me then pounds). i feel stronger, healthier and more energetic. Toning up! Couldn't be happier to have joined.
