What do you like about our workout?

Regardless of your fitness level, I would recommend OTF to anyone! Although the workouts are conducted in a class-setting, you can individualize them and make adjustments to meet your own personal fitness goals/needs. The coaches are motivational and push you, but not to the point of overbearing. They play loud music, and the workouts change constantly,so you never get bored with the same routine!

What do you like about our workout?

It's super motivating!!! I always leave feeling like I accomplished more at Orange Theory with a trainer pushing us as a team than I ever would alone at the gym. It's effortless in a way, I tell people. I burn more & hurt more during those 60 minutes without much thinking, but simply doing what I'm told to.

The variety of exercises. Encouragement by the trainers - especially Mike, he is fantastic!!! Results.

It's so thorough and accomplishes a lot in an hour and I like the heart rate monitor and music

What do you like about our workout?

Consistent movement, where I would usually be lost at the gym or waiting on a station. I feel this 1 hour of consistent workout with a trainer directing you the whole time is not only motivating, it really is the best 1hr workout I have had in a really long time! My abs are killing me from how sore I am the next day but more than they have ever burned! I may be in shape in no time!

What do you like about our workout?

It's simple: you do as your trainer tells you for the day. It's so much easier having a coach and seeing your results on a monitor than going to a regular gym to try to self motivate.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the sales team for being helpful and patient. Sarah and Diamond (from Sawyer) are the best, they’re always super friendly and accommodating. The workouts keep me coming back and Julian keeps me at West U. Julian is without a doubt the best OTF coach. I appreciate his well thought out playlists, his feedback, positive attitude and his random commentary during cool down. I also like Joey and Edith, I appreciate when Edith corrects my form and Joey’s playlists are good. Overall I'm satisfied with my membership at OTF and will continue to come as long as Julian is still teaching. I only gave a 9 because I'm still sad Samantha left OTF.

I've never experienced a work out like this before. This was really intense, but I felt like every muscle in my body was involved. This was a hard but great experience overall.

What do you like about our workout?

I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone and everyone. I haven't been this sore in years!!! I am sore in muscles I didn't even know I had and I can barely walk!! Such a good feeling though. You can go at your own pace but it pushes you at the same time. Best work out class I've taken!!

What do you like about our workout?

That they are different everyday and push me to work harder than if I am on my own.
