I like the variation in the workouts and the coaches are very good. The only thing I don’t like about it is that if I decide I have an extra hour to go work out, there usually isn’t anything open. Other than that, I really like it.

I enjoy how all of the workouts are different and how you get a little bit of everything - cardio, strength, upper and lower body workouts. And it really gets a good sweat in for me.

It was challenging but I could go at my own pace. Slow down if I needed to or speed up for more challenge. It was hard but it did not kill me because oif my ability to change intensity. The coach - Katie was great. I like that she tells us to crank it up or find our base through out. And the peopel were all so nice and encouraging!!!!

I am never bored with the workout and it always pushes me to work harder. Getting to and staying in the orange zone is very motivating. I greatly like the different stations (row, treadmill, floor) and appreciate how it's seemingly impossible to plateau - it's a complete, full-body workout and my body is constantly worked out thoroughly because of the different exercises. The staff, equipment, studio, and choreography of exercises is awesome. I can't say enough good things.

Fun, upbeat music and orange lighting! Scheduling my workout as an appointment makes it much more likely that I will work out. Working out with a group helps me stay on task and not be lazy with the workout. That said, I always struggle to run on a treadmill. Looking at the screen or mirror for 20+ minutes is boring.
How its different everyday. I seem to never get bored!
