Trainers are amazing! The workouts are challenging, but I feel so much stronger and accomplished when I finish each class. The membership is definitely money well spent.

I love how much of a community it is. You come in, and people know your name and welcome you. The classes are always on time and the spirit is upbeat.

I love OTF. Having a strong and knowledgeable coach tell me what to do is inspiring and motivating. I never think about my problems. When I’m at OTF, I’m in the present moment. Although it’s not a zen workout, it’s certainly zen on the brain.

What do you like about our workout?

I am not normally a fan of group workouts, but I love the OTF concept. Coach run, but definitely an individual effort. Our gym (Fairfax Mainstreet) has a great vibe with dedicated coaches and staff and workout partners that have become friends. LOVE IT!

Later evening class availability.
Instructor made class feel less like Group X and more like small group PT. Nice change. great focus on form.

Great low impact workout for people with foot and back issues. I loved the coaches and the energy! The front staff was great as well.

Only negative is this location seems overcrowded. Always a waitlist.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workout—in a given day there is cardio, power, and strength training. I also like that I can use my membership at any studio because it helps me fit in workouts while traveling! The coaches are super motivating and knowledgeable. I push myself and endure more than I could if I were working out on my own.

I’ve been a member for almost two years, and I think of Orangetheory less as a “workout that stuck” and more as a true, lasting incorporation of fitness to my lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone, from those who have never worked out to those looking for a new challenge to coax them out of the comfort zone.

Coaches are great; support and push you to achieve what you are capable of; workouts are never the same; you work at your own/pace; coaches are there to help adjust the workouts to your specific needs.
