Workout goes by so fast! Easy to figure out exercises and coaches are readily available to correct your form or offer modifications. I love that I can do the workouts and feel like I’ve gotten a great workout, even if I have to modify all of the exercises. Thinking about trying the transformation challenge!
The intensity
I like how the workouts are never the same. It’s great to be in a group setting to push you to excel and keep going. Michele at Fairfax is my favorite trainer. She remembers my name and is super nice. I’m always pleasantly surprised when she’s there.
I'm a fan of Orange Theory. The workout was consistent with what I expected.

Joined around 4 months back and thoroughly join the workout sessions. Great combination of cardio and strength forms.

I love how all the coaches are so nice and motivating. Everytime i go in to class i feel pushed to get through my work out even on days i feel like i dont want 2 work out they always got a way to motivate you
all the coaches are very resourceful and motivate. the classes are never the same always refreshing.
The workouts are always different and broken into segments that are doable—the coaches really help keep you going too. I’m amazed I’ve been able to stick with the program for so long!

Iam glad I joined Otg , I enjoy working out at my location in Pentagon city , nice staff , very professional trainers , I lost over 27 lbs and I kept it off , I go 2 times a week , I can not believe how many times I receive compliments about how good My body looks , it makes feel so good , my tennis game improved so much .
