The instructors provide the motivation I need to push myself. There is no way I would challenge myself at home. I can increase my speed and weights as I get stronger, so the workout changes as I improve my fitness.
You just show up and do the work, no thinking required. It's a different type of workout everyday and it's always challenging.
I absolutely love orange theory. I love that no two work outs are the same and that each day, my body is being pushed harder than I would push alone. I love that right when I can't take another step on the treadmill, we move to something else. I love Josh, Grant, Tim, shayna and Caroline. But mostly, i love that when I started at orange theory, I hadn't worked out for more than a few weeks at a time for the past 18 months because of a recurring back and knee injury. I to come to OTF 4-5 times a week and Remain injury free. As I approach my 45th birthday, I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been.
Challenging but fun; calorie burn
I like that it encoroorates my style of workout and I can be as competitive as I want. The vibe of the studio is amazing, and love the loud music and dim lights. It was really an amazing experience and I felt like an hour went by quickly.
It's different every day and still challenging
I love working out in a group with an energizing soundtrack in the background because I feel so much more motivated than if I were to work out by myself.

Very motivating with educated personal trainers eager to help with modifications need due to injury. Best workout for the time and money!!
I loved the circuit training style, the music the camaraderie and the encouragement from the trainer. Also loved being able to see my heart rate, know what zone I was in and when I needed to push harder or even at times scale back.

It produces results! I've been going twice a week for the past few months and I feel and look much better! I love how every class is different so I never get bored. The coaches are motivating and fun and they play great music too. I've recommended OTF to many people already!

Great coaches and the variety. Have found the partner based workouts to be awesome motivators and really good workouts.
Every work out is challenging and different. I love that I can just check my mind at the door and just follow the coaches instructions and get an amazing work out each time! And I've seen results. I've always been a runner but adding weights has really sculpted my arms and shoulders.
