I've been a member since September and never once have I done the same workout twice. I love that it's always different, I'm always challenged and encouraged to do more than I think I can!
It's a good mix of strength and cardio with plenty of options available for different fitness levels. The music and instructors are motivating and the hour seems to fly by!
I love that the workouts are different each day and challenge different parts of the body! The upbeat and friendly atmosphere pushes me further to reach my fitness goals.

Variety and motivated trainers
I liked that you get what you put into it and that you can track your progress. Having the heart rate monitor was a great way to keep me motivated throughout the workout and encouraged me to push myself! Thank you all for a great experience!
I really enjoy the motivation from the trainer, as well as the structured movements between different styles of workout. Hard, but good!
I like the variety, intensity and group atmosphere.

What I really like about this workout is the fact that OTF is not monotonous, it is in a group setting yet you get personal attention from your coach and that it's a complete body workout !
One workout switches to another and then another focusing on different muscle groups, you just don't come to know when and where did those 60 minutes fly and made you loose 600-700 calories 😊.
I TOTALLY LOVE IT AND 100% I would recomend it to my family and friends !

The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and always positive. The workout is varied and fun. And the atmosphere is great - from being greeted when I walk through the door, to the clean and welcoming facility. I recommend OTF to everyone I know.
It depends on the day and who the coach is, but sometimes I have the best workouts I've ever had, and I usually push myself harder than I would if I was just working out by myself.
