What do you like about our workout?

What I like about Orange Theory is that the trainers know how to motivate me, the classes are challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Orange Theory as a great way to improve your fitness and health goals.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the structure and organization around the workout, and the help from the instructor who wants you to do it correctly and well.

The workouts are challenging, and have been really mixed up, which is great.

I also think that while I enjoy running and working out on my own, there is more "push" from the instructor-led workouts, and being in the group.

So far, I'm getting over 800+ calories burned per workout, and I'm starting to lose weight and feel stronger.

Lastly, I've learned new exercises that I can do on my own - so I'm pretty excited about that as well.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the metric aspect of it. Having a Splat Point goal really inspires me to push a little harder to get my heart rate up. I also enjoy having instruction as I am someone who can get easily lost at a gym when I am on my own. It's the next best thing to having a personal trainer.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the combination of running and lifting, as well as the intensity. I’m also in love with the treadmills. Regular cardio classes don’t help me lose weight. I sweat, and I’m able to tone my legs, but I don’t shed any pounds. I was a track and field athlete for 8 years, and I think because of that I think my body needs a harder workout in order to respond. I enjoy having to push myself in order to finish every workout.

It’s different every time and the variation between muscle groups worked on each day is really even.
