I love the daily change in workouts and I love that I get cardio and strength all in one hour.

Each day is different, trainers are knowledgeable and helpful, workouts are challenging, I feel stronger.
It goes by so FAST. The workouts are varied & never the same. The coaches are awesome. Funny, encouraging, motivating.
I like the feeling of community in the workout. Seeing the same people push for and succeed at their fitness goals is a great motivator. The workouts themselves are always challenging for a different reason and leave me energized for the day. The coaches know you and you know them so it makes it that much easier to take form advice from the during the workout as you know they just want what is best for you.

Most importantly is the greeting from the front desk women when I walk in. They make me feel as though I’m the highlight of their day. They know everyone by name and greet everyone so nicely. This really makes a difference as I find myself looking forward to seeing them every day. Except Saturday, because it’s my rest day😊.
Then, we have the coaches who also greet everyone in the lobby before class. They bring that same friendly attitude into the studio while encouraging us for an hour to reach our maximum potential. They work on our form on the floor, tread and rower. They pay attention to our progress throughout the workout and pay individual attention to everyone in the class. All this, while watching their stopwatch to move up to three groups to the next interval. OTF has the best trainers. They are super positive and fun to work out with.
The template is different every day, which keeps it interesting. We have days when we can see how fast we can run or row for short intervals which helps us towards our goals. We have benchmark challenges to mark our progress.
OTF is the highlight of my day. I’ve met so many cool people and feel as though it’s my family away from home💕💕💕
Everybody is friendly and nice. I enjoy going to Coach Jolen and Jarvis’s classes. I have started feeling stronger and healthier after going to OTF for about 5-6 months. I look forward to going to the class every evening.

For me, it is the best way to start my day. I have more energy, feel happier, and a more present when I begin my day with a workout. Also, I have managed to make meaningful connections with other members and coaches that has expanded my social circle. What started out as a way to become physically fit has also improved my mental health.

I love how motivating the instructors are and that we switch between the treadmill, rower, and weights so that it goes by fast! I always feel great at the end!

Great workout in 60 minutes. It allows me to push myself more so than I would on my own. BUT please play some T Swift!

I love that the workout is never the same..even after 5 years, it never gets boring , and I can choose to push myself based on my personal metrics. The convenience of being able to drop in while traveling is a huge benefit and the choice of class times available means I have no excitée to not fit it in to my schedule. Quick, efficient, and effective.
