What do you like about our workout?

The attitudes of the staff and coaches and how it flows through with the other members. Plus how the coaches are not afraid to come around and make corrections to the members in order for them to have great form and technique to execute the workout effectively. Keep it up!

I love the coaches. I love the workouts but if it wasn’t for the coaches motivation it wouldn’t be the same.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is great - changes every time so I don't know what to expect and get pushed hard. I like the heart rate monitor and being able to see how hard I am working with the color zones. The music is awesome and also the TV's with the floor workout is very helpful. Also, Danielle is a great coach!

I have never been to OTF Carmel Valley but I have been going to Point Loma and Encinitas. I am not sure why I got this survey.

I love that the workout is constantly changing and we are working the entire body in a one hour class. The instructors are motivating and always trying to get you to push yourself.

I love how supportive the coaches and staff are. I also love how the workouts change, that they externalize the motivation for me, and I can compete against myself in an effort to constantly improve.

I like how cardio is incorporated with the workout program. I also like how every day is different. I have never done two workouts that are the same, even on Tornado Tuesdays.

What do you like about our workout?

Workouts are challenging and fun and I definitely feel accomplished at the end of each session. The coaches are also attentive to everybody, whether with modifications or fine tuning form, which gives that personal trainer feeling.

What do you like about our workout?

Even after a year I love OTF! The classes never bore me and I feel like I get a great workout. The coaches are awesome too- Coach Rob is so full of energy and plays great tunes to work out to. And coach Quincy is hilarious and also with great music.
