What do you like about our workout?

It's the closest thing to having a personal trainer without paying $80+ an hour. I love that it changes-up every workout, constantly adding new things (such as the recent add of the bands).

I think Devin is the best trainer at the La Jolla location. He has the perfect balance of time management with demonstrations, switching between blocks, and watching/correcting form. There is another trainer there who spends so much time focused on his music, telling people to high five, and making jokes during his demonstrations that I lose a solid 5-10 mins of my workout. So I only go to Devin's classes now. I just wish he taught the early classes on Saturday's! :)

Everyone there is lively and the coaches are very encouraging and energetic. They're always hyped and get me excited for working out. They're also easy to talk to whenever I have a question and they're amazing individuals.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches keep it fresh, fun and challenging. The girls in the front are fun, friendly, supportive and make you feel like they have been in your life for years. From the minute you walk in you feel like you are at home. I have MS and just a hop was a challenge when I started.... now I run at 7.5 for an all out of the tred and I can do a clean modified burbe. My numbers on the rower are getting better and better.

The instructors are by far the best. When they make an effort to connect and say your name in class it makes you work harder. The work outs are challenging and always different!
