I LOVE OTF! I couldn't live w/o it. The workouts are fabulous. Each one is a huge boost of energy. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. The workouts are so complete - strength, endurance, power all wrapped into less than 1 hour. It's as much fitness as you can pack into an hour. And, best of all, you are only competing against yourself. So you work as hard as you can on that day - no matter if you're an athlete or someone who just works out a few times per week. So worth it!

Orangetheory is the gym that got me back into my fitness routine. Like most gyms, workouts are whatever effort you put into them. Orangetheory however often keeps me feeling challenged and motivated to beat my personal bests from before. It is a great focus on cardio fitness, but also includes the weight portion which is nice to break up the cardio and focus on muscle gain.
You can’t beat OTF for giving you the best workout bang for your time buck! HIIT and strength training in one with a huge calorie burn. The San Diego Bankers Hill location has such a great vibe. The instructors are great and very motivating. My favorites are Matt and Quincy.

Every time I go it's always a different workout. I love the variety of the workouts we do and I love how on the treadmill you already have it planned out for you that also challenges your body. The music is SOOOOO good, the playlist are always so amazing which really motivates me during my workout.
