I love everything about OT, the coaches, the cheery greaters, the members, the atmostphere, the special challenges/events, most of all the inspiration the coaches bring consistently to our sessions. I have lost 10 pounds since I joined OT over a year ago and have kept it off thanks to OT and their coaches (James, Anthony and Allen)! I've never felt so great as I do now, thanks to Orange Theory!

Variety
It’s a tough but great workout & the coaches are awesome.

Always challenging & different!
I love the Coaches, the variety (different every day/week/month/year), and how strong I feel afterward.
No two workouts are are ever the same. Workouts foster a team environment and the music is awesome! If you can make 3 workouts a week and you will see the fat melt away within 2-3 weeks or at least I do, everytime I make that push from 2 to 3 classes a week. I seriously dislike inside workouts but in the case of Orangetheory I glady made an exception. OTF is my fit family! Highly recommend!
It pushes me to burn a TON of calories - usually 900-1k (5'11" 200lb male).
Also Michelle is an AMAZING coach - I've been to multiple OTFs and she is by far the best.
Unique to Eastlake is the music - all of the coaches (with the exception of the skinny lost backstreet boy who likes to sing over the music) have bangin playlists that really motivate me!
I love the staff at the front desk and the coaches! I feel like orange theory is my second family!

I love orangetheory fitness it gets the job done in 1 hour and your good to go u know very well u worked out all the muscles in your body ...
I only have One request I wish if they let us use The classes we don’t finish for the month to be rolled over to the next Month
They are designed to help you get out of your comfort zones & see what you really are capable of. With the help from the coaches to reach your personal goal(s), awesome support from members & great music, Orange Theory is a great place for real transformation to occur.
The variety! I never get bored. I also like that the coaches actually watch your technique and if you are doing an exercise wrong they take the time to show you the correct way.
It’s never the same, but it’s always intense! It’s a motivating atmosphere. I love that it’s both cardio and weight training.
I like the energetic coaches - Jarvis definitely gets me pumped up and ready to work! They are encouraging, knowledgeable, personable, and flexible - always eager to help and provide modifications and challenges to exercises. I like when the coach lets you know there is only 30 seconds left of an all out - I always think to myself "I can do anything for 30 seconds". I like that we wipe down the equipment after every use - especially when it is cold season! I love how I'm seeing improvement in my endurance on both the rower and the treadmill; likewise my strength on the floor.
The only thing I would improve would be the heart rate monitors. They can be very finicky - the battery may need to be changed, the strap may need to be tightened or replaced, the pod may need to be removed and reconnected to reset. I've run the gambit. When they aren't working, it can definitely be annoying. I know that there are newer versions of the equipment that have since come out since I purchased mine, so these same issues may have already been addressed.
Motivating coaches, good music.
So pumped up! It was great. Super bummed I wasn’t able to come in on Sunday.
Great for the lazy people out there that need to be told what to do, and when to do it!

Great variety, constant movement and challenge throughout, but not anything crazy to cause potential injury, etc.

It is very challenging, the coaches are ready to help make sure I am doing exercises correctly, there are no two days alike.

Intensity!
Orange Theory really is a different type of workout that is definitely one of my favorites, especially coming from a Varsity Track and Field athlete. I think one of the best attributes is that it is a set workout with adjustable guidelines for the customers for what they are comfortable with while we all get the same hardcore workout feeling. The energy is always high in the class and the motivation is clear in each all-out excercise to get to that orange zone.
