low risk of injury and quality interval training for full body workouts
I used to be a long distance triathlete and am a long distance or ultra trail runner - endurance comes easy to me and I have it in abundance BUT I do not have time to train for hours because I own a business and am very busy.
OTF workouts are 1 hour long with high intensity intervals and include running, elliptical or cycling, weights, body weight exercises and rowing which just by itself engages 80+% of your muscles, so this is an extremely efficient, effective and time conserving way to get into the best shape you've ever been in while not wasting any time. Time during these workouts flies!
What's more though is that you will have sooooo much fun doing this, have a coach by your side to help and it's a very positive, encouraging and supportive environment for everyone regardless of whether you have never worked out a day in your life or are an elite athlete.

I enjoy that every class is always different. I would like to see the studio get 17.5 weights, or something similar so that the folks who are trying to build up strength don't have to jump from 15lbs to 20lbs. It would also be nice if the cancel window could be shortened a bit--particularly because of situations where you might have to stay at work longer unexpectedly etc. I would like to see corporate add more band work outs, and more specific core exercises.

I like that it is thought out for me, it is difficult workout and I know I am working my whole body.
My sister and I met in San Diego for the weekend (she from Chicago, and I from Seattle). We were really impressed with how Conrad ran the 8:30 class on Friday morning. He made an extra effort to greet out of town participants individually. He gave a nice range of weight suggestions so I didn’t feel like I was a wimp going for 8# weights. He had a great selection of music and made the workout interesting.

Even after doing this for 10 months now, I still get sore! The variety of exercises, etc keeps the muscles guessing. Ive been an athlete just about my whole life and if you told me when I'm 34yrs old that I'd be running a mile in under 6min, I would have thought you were crazy. Not only are the workouts challenging but the community of support is unparalleled!!
It was such a great workout! Devan, the instructor, was great. He gave clear instruction before and during the workout, pushed us to work harder than we thought we could and was very encouraging. It was a very nice facility and all the staff was so friendly. Definitely will come again when Im in town!
