the coaches provide good feedback on technique and are very encouraging. i also like the availability of the class times (evening classes)

Coaches are helpful, workouts are great and the hour goes by fast!
It shows your progress, the coaches are motivating factors as well as help out with technique with exercises. I like to sign up because if I sign up I show up. The prices are reasonable.
Quick, pretty good variety of strength and cardio
The workouts cover everything, cardio, strength training and resistance training. When I leave I feel like I've gotten a good all over workout.

I love the 'push' from the coach as well as the people around me. I am reminded of how much my body can do when my mind says I'm done. The session encourages mental discipline that can be used in my day to day. And hey...it's a lot of fun!
Compared to other gyms or similar HIIT programs the classes here feel personal and tailored towards you.
I love the full body workout along with the energy and enthusiasm coach provides! I have tried many gyms and trainers and never saw the results I have been seeing from Orangetheory after only 4 weeks!
That you get both cardio & strength endurance workouts all wrapped up in one workout. The music is always great & The instructors are amazing !!

It's an hour, it's fun and it's always different.
What's not to love - the workouts are challenging, varied, and fun, the instructors encourage, enlighten, and stimulate, the equipment is clean and well-maintained, and the front staff are sweethearts!! Plus easy parking and close to a supermarket - no complaints here!!
I like that I know where I need to be and the diversity
I really like that the classes are extremely challenging, in addition to not only be self-competitive but group competitive as well. I have only taken Jolen classes but he is so uplifting and motivating.
One hour classes. Good way to hit all areas of the body. Real time feedback.
The quick pace is great!
But, I miss Travis on Sunday.
