Structure, motivation, variety
What is there not to like?!: in one hour I get to do cardio, lift weights, and strengthen my core, track my heart rate/calorie burnt while learning about what my body can achieve and have fun with motivational coaches! A definite plus that all workouts differ day to day and I never know what it will be: power, tornado, ESP, endurance and so on. Lastly, considering this membership on the pricey side, it keeps me accountable to show up every week and make my money worth every month :) only regret, Not choosing unlimited membership during founders rate...wish I could turn back time.

I love that it varies and that I don't have to think hard about getting a good workout completed. I am shown/instructed on what to do then coached throughout the hour. I also love that you have early morning workouts for working moms! Thank you!
Challenging and lots of motivation. Love combo of cardio and strength. Awesome to see progression of getting better at workouts with average Splat points, calorie burn and average heart rate with HR monitor.

It is high energy and 60 minutes goes by quickly. There is lots of variety and the coaches are very encouraging.

Personalized no talking non stop cardio workout for people who are at all levels of physical fitness and age. I believe this is a good workout to add to my current routine

I love that I can burn so many calories in a short amount of time, that is can see how many calories I've burned or what what my heart rate is so that I can push myself, that the trainers are really friendly and push you without being like a drill sergeant about it, I like that I can work out with and get motivated by the other people in my class without feeling like I have to talk to them, that I get an email summary of my progress after.

In addition to being the best workout out there, the team at OTF - MV totally rocks it. It's a very close workout family where people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels feel included and fully supported!
