I like the intensity and variety about the workouts. No two exercises/ classes are the same. I love that my body is constantly challenged by each class.

One thing that could be improved is to have the coaches put cones out on the treadmills for the bikes and/or strider on the first rotation.
I like the coach (especially Lauren), the music, the short spurts of "all out" and "push", and especially all the people that work there that don't make me feel intimidated and are friendly all the time - it is really a fun and comfortable atmosphere to be in. I really love working out here and I'm so happy that I am doing this at age 62.
I thought it was a great experience. Coach Rob was awesome. The place was very clean. The other members were very friendly. Overall it was just a great time!

They always push me to do my best. The best part is going a little further than I thought I was capable. The coaches motivate me and especially jolen. He always shares good information about nutrition and motivation to take you to the next level.
Damien is a really excellent coach and trainer - motivating and fun. I wish they were all like him !

The diversity and intensity
If you would have asked me 3 weeks ago I would have said to add more weights as i felt we were over doing cardio and not enough weights... it seem to have righted itself if you will! I like the challenge and the inclusion of weights / strength to the workouts
