Where do I begin? I love the quality workouts at OTF! I enjoy switching between the rowers and treadmills, to the weights for strengthening. Also, it's all set to music, which helps to keep me focused. I saw a change in my body within the first two weeks! The coaches and staff are super friendly and helpful and really keep me motivated.
Everything!! It pushes me to work hard for the hour I'm there and I feel good the rest of the day. Great music too

I don't get complacent during the workout. I feel like I'm constantly staying engaged.
Like that it always keeps me challenged but sometimes I feel like we get into ruts. Would like to see more workouts were we switch back and forth. Would also like to see Sunday yoga classes or stretch classes - something to heel our bodies after 5 or 6 days of classes.
You never have the same workout and they are always challenging.
It's different everytime. I get a chance to cross train and our coaches are fantastic.
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Music was geared to the audience, not what the trainer wants to hear.
It was a fun atmosphere, the instructor was energetic & I loved the monitored "zones".
I liked having a coach throughout the whole workout especially during the cardio portion.
