Cardio, but not too much cardio. I also like that I'm able to get a good strength workout in. Feels like the perfect balance of the two. The equipment is top tier as well and super clean.
I recommend orange theory to all my classmates. It’s the most effective workout for a person who needs to get the most out of a short time to workout. It’s been the key factor in me not getting out of shape while in school.
I like not having to think about what exercises to do. It is easier and less work to be told what to do. I also like the variety of types of workouts you do.
I don’t have to think about what to do doing my workout, but I know I’ll get a balanced workout every time I go.
After consistently going to class 3 times a week for just a few weeks in a row I feel stronger and more confident.
The staff are always so upbeat and motivating. I usually come in tired and pretty beat down by the day and always leave a little happier and more energized than when I arrived. It's motivational to have a coach who not only knows how to push you to do better but is also happy to see you in each class. I look forward to every workout!
