I like that the workouts incorporate the treadmill, rower and weights. I like that people of different fitness levels can workout together, doing the same exercises, and still get in an excellent workout. It’s almost like a personalized workout but with the added benefit of the group energy and encouragement. I love the music, I love how the coaches explain the exercises - how to do them properly as well as what muscle groups they are affecting. I love how coaches respect that everyone has different fitness levels and don’t push you unnecessarily. And I love coach Andy - I think she’s awesome!

Everything about this studio is AMAZING! The staff, instructor, members, etc. - it was my first time back at an OTF class in over a year and it was such a great experience & supportive community that I immediately joined for an unlimited monthly membership. HIGHLY recommend!

Orangetheory has been the ONLY workout that has ever worked for me and that I genuinely enjoy doing. This is largely because of the amazing coaches and the way that OT is designed. I love that classes are broken up into treadmills (walkers, joggers, runners), rowers, and the floor. You get to work different parts of your body each class and it is awesome to see your own personal progression at each station over time. Additionally, OT has benchmarks at all stations various times throughout the year, including specialty classes, and the app tracks your progress on those as well. Most recently, I tried my first body scan, which I was terrified to do, and it actually ended up being the best thing I did. I met with a coach of my choice (Love you Coach Kel!!) and she walked me through each part of the scan and told me how to basically personalize my workout every time I take a class. For example, she wanted me to lift heavy on the floor and to always follow through with my base pace. In all honest the coaches and staff are what make this place and make each member feel comfortable and excited to come to classes every single time.
