Orangetheory is more than a workout. It’s a positive community of members, staff and the best coaches around. There’s something for all fitness levels. OTF has gotten me through a twin pregnancy, half marathon trainings, a global pandemic and starts my day to be the best mom, teacher, wife etc.

Like shower rooms and changing facilities. Like OTF’s sponsored parties. Like storage lockers, key hanging rack. Like the personal greetings I get from staff. Like being told what do!
You get a little bit of everything. And each class has its own challenges. The check in process is quick. Assigned stations always helps. Lastly, the coaches are all attentive and give you great motivation & direction.

It's an action packed workout and the coaches always make sure to keep things fun and interesting! They do a great job motivating you and time flies by in the class and next thing you know you're finished with the most challenging part of your day.
The staff and coaches are amazing. Always a positive vibe and encouraging. Being able to see your fitness progress and know the OTF coaches are cheering you on is so motivating. The workouts are challenging but doable and the studio staff gives you the push you need to rock it out every time.

I like the 3G cycle theory. I think that that type of HIIT program really hits the right type of workout for everyone’s goals. Shout out to Coach Jenna! She is by far the best coach on staff. She is so very upbeat, and really pushes everyone to their max! Her high energy is amazing and thrives throughout the entire work out session.
