What do you like about our workout?

It has great variety, the coach pushes us, and we work for the entire 60 minutes so the workout is effective in the shortest period of time. I love having heart rate as the basis of the workout.

The class is not repetitive or monotonous. The workouts allow you to go at your own pace. Also - the music was great!

Pace, intensity, diversity, coaches

However, there is always opportunity to better monitor folks' form when performing the exercises. I see so many people doing jazzercise or using poor form. I worry about risk of injury or even worse - lack of results. ;)

What do you like about our workout?

It's hard work but also fun ! The coaches keep you on your toes; no time to waste and they are very inspiring and motivating .... not to mention the music ...it's all about the music :-)
OTF Totowa is different than your usual gym. New and very innovative !
