Trainer was very professional at all times
Workouts are always different and it doesn't get boring. Love the coaches - they are awesome and their energy helps you to get moving in the 5:00 am classes. Love that they correct your form and know when they should push you and make you challenge yourself. Kind of miss Jonathan's music though.
I love everything about OTF Middletown! The best coaches, the fun atmosphere, and the variation of the workouts makes it extra amazing!

Love the trainers and that the work outs are different! Obsessed with Ot but do have some feedback.
The wipe situation is a little out of control. PLEASE urge people to keep their wipe for the entire class. Maybe a sign on the wipe box? No need to wipe equipment after a 5 minute block and it makes the transitions between tread and floor take forever. Other workout classes I.e. Barry's boot camp goes much faster and keeps heart rate up without wiping down between each block. Also it's so bad for the economy and not sustainable for people to use so many wipes- a tornado class with 30 people could easily go through 200 wipes in one class and it's a waste of money. Of course if someone is sweating a lot then go for it but it's just been a little overboard.
Also- the AM classes have been starting a little late. I know the 5:30 ends right at 6:30 but in order for a lot of people to get to work on time we need to start on time. I would suggest making sure the 5:30 ends at 6:25 to make sure we can get in on time or the class ends up getting cut short.
Trainers can correct form more...I travel to a lot of other orange theory's and the trainers outside of garwood give a ton of feedback on correcting my form.
The app situation isn't fair for sign ups. If my monthly agreement doesn't start until Friday that means I can't sign up for weekend classes until Friday and I obviously wouldn't get in. doing it like many other workout classes where you sign up on Monday at 12 noon for the NEXT week works the best and is the most fair. Everyone knows what time they need to go onto the app and it's level playing field for everyone at the same time. The way it is now I basically can't guarantee I can workout on the weekend right after my month is up because I won't get in. And that doesn't seem fair.

Love my workouts at Orange Theory. I just started my sessions back after 2 months due to medical reasons. Enjoyed being back and starting working out with Mike. He was very attentive and mindful of my medical condition and allowed me to modify my workout accordingly.
Great coaches - Piper and Julie. Love the variety and that workouts change daily. 5 am classes. Environment is clean.
The high intensity training, the otf staff, the machine quality
All fitness levels can do the workout. It does not get boring. The workout pushes me to do stuff I would not be doing on my own.
I love it. I'm pretty much guarenteed success everytime I enter. Success that includes me dripping sweat (always), beating records and trying for that extra speed/incline/weight. It usually also includes me cursing under my breath because they always seem to read my mind and assign my least favorite excercises. I will never stop moving due to the threat and action of burpees. All the coaches are great and they definitely take the time to know you as a member easily adjusting to your schedule and joking with you when you've been a little MIA in their classes. They are always watching and they have no problems correcting your form, or giving you more weight or expecting more speed because they know you are completely capable. Most classes usually include bonus sessions which are coaches' specials. (They only feel like a bonus after you are walking out of class). You get what you put into this workout and it shows right up on the board, so there is no reason to not go all out!
Stellar, motivating coaches. Always willing to help you and pushing you to realize you can do what you thought was once impossible. Plus, OTF is like a big family. You meet new friends helping and encouraging each other to aspire to new goals and heights.
