Lots of energy in the classes
I was new to your location, only had done OT twice before. The "trainee" trainer, Chris I think was very attentive. The main guy came over to me once, 10 seconds, while working out on the floor. He should have been told that I was new to your location and spent a bit more time with me.
Joe is the best instructor I've ever had and I go to OTF in two different states.
Variety and never boring. Good mix of cardio and resistance training.

The coaches and the ability to go at own pace
It's fun and efficient. Having a schedule keeps me going as opposed just going to the gym alone. Doing different things each time is better than going to a gym and repeating the same workouts. The instructors are great.
The front desk staff and trainers are excellent. So friendly and encouraging. Very helpful with any technical glitches that can arise from the heart monitors. They make the whole experience enjoyable and keep you motivated.
