I was a OT member until 2018 and my wife Cindy and I always worked out together at SouthGlenn when we were dating. She considered an OT workout as a date and I loved it, especially the 90 minute workouts. I left OT in 2018 to focus on some health issues but now Im back! With 2 new knees, I crushed Sunday morning's workout and for the first time enjoyed the treadmill block.
Now I'm pain free and looking forward to improving my health and sharing workouts again with my wife. I love the workout space at SouthGlenn and look forward to training with all your instructors at some point.
Love the strength 50 workouts! I need the focus on improving strength vs. cardio and I appreciate the addition of these classes 😊 The coaches are great!
I like the variety of the workouts. I also feel that the structure of the workouts address all components of physical fitness. It’s also a lot of fun! The coaches are excellent too; they provide motivation and help with technique.
