The Coaches are the best
It’s the best and the coaches care.
It is very structured and effective. I feel it's 1-hour spent well consistently at every session, which I was unable to accomplish on my own at the gym.

The variety in workouts. The motivation from the trainer and the music.
I love that the workout is different every day. Coach Mo makes the workout personal for everyone , even in a 3G class, she knows everyone’s name!!!! She remembers what all her members are capable of on the tread, rower and weight room. Coach Mo is encouraging, incorporates ‘tough love’ when members need to be challenged while being sensitive and positive to members when we need to adjust our workout. Of course she incorporates great music too! Coach Patrick has great music and I see him getting more comfortable in trying to personally motivate and challenge each member. Front desk, Sydney and Kyle are very friendly and show patience whether members come to the first or last class of the day. This is very important especially at 5:00 am. I don’t see Andrew too often but he is friendly and patient with members.
I enjoy going to Orange Theory because of the daily variation in the workouts. It's never the same routine.

The front desk was very helpful, especially the woman. Coach Sam was good but not the best coach I’ve ever had. I was hoping for a little more enthusiasm.
The variety of the workouts. I like how there are different areas in the hour-long workout that you switch to ensure that things do not get monotonous. Also having a coach there to help to make sure that we’re doing the workouts correctly and they offer modifications if you can’t do the normal workouts.
Intense but sensitive to needs. I definitely felt that the instructor cared and really wanted to help.
