I love how much of a different person I feel just by showing up. After fracturing my foot, I didn't think I could find a workout I could stick to. The workout at Orangetheory is perfect for me because I can go at a pace where I can push myself.

I love that the workout is challenging! It is set up so I continually push myself! The coaches are awesome! Super encouraging and ready to help make sure I'm not going to kill myself when we're lifting weights! And you know who else is awesome but doesn't get nearly enough love???? The front desk staff - they are so friendly and helpful!! I mean - the coaches get all the Rock Star Love and they do work hard (and I love them!) but we need to give a shout out to the lovely people at the front desk! They take all the good and bad from members and are always professional and kind. YAY FRONT DESK!

Structured and intense but could you some more hands on from the coach. It’s important to get the movements right to get the most effect

I like the workouts because they are challenging at all personal levels. The more I workout and the stronger I get, I am able to push myself a little more every time I am at class.

Coaches encourage each member to push himself/herself whether he/she is new to OTF or a veteran attendee. Members help encourage each other. The workouts are focused and intentional. A lot gets accomplished in an hour!!!

It’s a full body workout that has a lot of emphasis on cardio conditioning. It seems we’ve incorporated more use of the weights in our workouts challenging us to swear to the heaven- it’s a good thing.
The variety of the workout and the challenge the workout brings combine to create an environment where I try new things and push myself a bit further without really even considering the increased difficulty.
Coach Michael makes my workout the best hour of my day. Always leave dripping sweat.
