The variety is probably what I like most. While it's expensive, it's a model that makes me sign up and show up.
That's it's done as a group.
It constantly changes & is challenging. You leave with a full body workout and know it was time well spent. With the heart rate on the screen it helps you to challenge yourself & know where you stand/how hard you are really working.
I love the entire staff. Everyone is nice, helpful, and really motivating. They truly want to see you achieve your fitness goals and will help you get to where you want to be. The workouts are challenging, but fun. The hour flies by. I have been with OTF for over a year and at this studio since it opened. I don't foresee ever leaving!
The exercise instructions and the encouragement and support from the coaches, the friendly staff who makes it a point to know my name, the different special programs offered to keep people motivated to try a little harder, and the fact that I can get in a great workout in 1 hour
The coaches are motivating (love Jami and Caroline). I love that I am held accountable by getting charged if I cancel within 8 hours. The staff there are all very friendly!
Great motivation to work hard and it's never boring.

I like how it is never the same! I love the high intensity cardio mixed in with weights! It is the best of both worlds & gives me an amazing workout in just an hour! All of the instructors at OTF Mount Prospect are amazing! They are motivating, helpful & just overall good people!
