I like the variety, and the fact that each workout consists of both cardio and resistance training. I also like getting a total body workout without having to plan or think - just follow directions.
The workouts are challenging but the trainers make them entertaining. I feel great, like I have accomplished something for myself after the hour long workout. I have recommended Orangetheory to my husband and a few coworkers and ALL have signed up after a trial session.
The trainers are fabulous and I really like that every workout is different.

The variety and the fact that it is coached based. It is a good workout and you don't have to think too much. Evanston does get very crowded at peak times which can be annoying. The back-to-back schedules and 3-Group workouts ensures a crowd in the front and a parking problem. Seems like Evanston could use another studio?
It's a manageable routine that you get out of it what you put in to it! Every workout is different. It's my second day and the only thing that doesn't say "I worked out" is my hands! I'm not in pain I just know I WORKED those muscles! I feel better already. I'm sleeping better and it makes me more conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth even though I'm not dieting. I've done gym workouts and it's not my cup of tea and there's nothing/no one there to keep me motivated. Good job Orange Theory!!!
I like that it is a structured, high intensity workout, for an hour that I wouldn't do myself. It is motivating and encouraging. I really enjoyed it.
I can show up, and do not have to "think." The work out is predetermined and preplanned and I can arrive at Orangetheory and know that my time and energy will be well spent, all I have to do is show up!

First class was great! Jennifer the instructor was very helpful!!!! Definitely felt myself pushing to squeeze every ounce of workout out of that power hour! Can't wait to go back!

I'm in and out and don't have to think about what to do.. the coaches give instruction. I work hard and like the motivation from the coaches.. some coaches are better than others at that.
