I like that you need to schedule the class, which helps hold me accountable for going. I also like the choice and motivation that are embedded throughout the session.
Variety, intensity, motivation with a group, every day is different, ease of getting in and working out. The hardest part is showing up!

I love that it makes me work parts of my body I would never even know how to work on my own. I can feel myself getting stronger everyday!
Everything! Starting with the trainers to the equipment to the support system it all just works. They push you to do things you wouldn't normally do in a gym by yourself while allowing you to take it at your own pace. Always exciting to come into a new workout without knowing exactly what you will be tackling that day. Couldn't ask for a better program!

Variety, I show up and there is always a different workout sequence/approach. Full Body -- Cardio + Resistance, every time. I work out at your own pace and can push myself according the HRM. Measurements to show progress with HRM data.
I like that it's a constant change from one station to another! It's very motivating and the instructors are very helpful!
