I had a wonderful experience from he minute I walked in the door. Everything was explained to me in great detail the instructor checked in with me throughout the workout to be sure I was understanding the instructions.
I really like Becca in La Grange and I love the changes from class to classs and the fast pace :)

The workout was great. I really appreciated all the help/instruction. I also particularly liked that everyone was able to go at their own intensity level while keeping pace with the class. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming.
