That it is lead by a coach yet I monitor my own body and capacity each workout. Sometimes I’m tired and mostly I’m not. Mostly, it gives me freedom to do my best each time!
The instructor was there the whole class to give me corrections and tips for each exercise.

Instructors give appropriate amount of motivation, equipment is clean and front desk associates are always very nice and helpful.
I like that I get personal coaching while I work out
It's challenging and offers variety:). The fitness rounds on the floor forces you to work mutilple muscle groups at once.
Instruction was great. Trainers were very welcoming to new participants.
Everything but need more locations
I like the fact that I can get my workout done in an hour and get on with the rest of my day. OTF has helped me build up my endurance tremendously, helped my form (especially when it comes to squats), and just an overall more efficient way to work out.
I do like the fact that we move around the room a lot because cardio can get so boring to me!
How’s it broken up in different blocks. I’m always sore after too! I love pushing myself each work out.

I love that it is competitive. Not just with others, but with yourself. So many times I go into the work-out telling myself it's okay to take it easy and every time I push myself as much as I can. I also love how motivating the trainers are.
