Variety and intensity.
Challenging and fun all at the same time. My favorite part is the great feeling I get once I complete the session. An added bonus is the Staff and Coaches are super friendly and nice.
Coaching. Studio was clean. Everyone was very friendly and energetic.
I like that the workout pushes me to excede my fitness level. The trainers are great and keep me motivated through out the hour workout. I always feel great after Orange Theory!
Accessible to all fitness levels, great staff, clean and well maintained facility and equipment. And LOVE the monitoring during class and workout report emailed immediately after each class.
Keeps me accountable. The monitor that shows my progress also really allows me to push myself; which I absolutely love!

Simply awesome As a former CrossFit(ter) this really is superior Great envronment - clean, freindly and welcoming The instructors are the best Supportive and knowledgable I'm getting in the best shape of my life As a marathon runner - these quick HIIT workouts really challenge me. I use OT to fine tune my preparation. Highly recommended!
