I like that it is different every time I come in. I love Monique she is tough but good and knows when to tell you to give it just a little bit more, so you push yourself. She's great about correcting my form on the floor if I need it. The music is always appropriately upbeat to keep me moving. I would go more frequently but it is a very costly to take classes at Orangetheory.

where do I start, the staff and coaches are awesome and make you feel like your part of a team. The workouts are different and just when you think that your have pushed yourself there is room to give more. Going to OTF makes me happy and is that time of day where I find time for myself and working out with my friends makes it even better.

The group workout at OTF is challenging and motivating. The coaches and staff make the experience positive and unique.
Friendly, helpful staff. Studio was large and the equipment in perfect condition. Trainers were knowledgable and helpful on an individual basis. The workouts were challenging in the best way.
