I love it! .. I never worked out before and now after trying OTF I can't stop exercising. It's amazing the amount of energy you get when physical activity is involved; I like that! The cardio routines are different every day.

Every minute of the hour workout is utilized too it’s fullest . Not a waste of my time like some gyms

I looooove everything about OTF Orange! The workouts themselves, the coaches and the music keeps me motivated. As soon as you walk into the studio, you see friendly faces and are greeted by name. OTF Orange is really a family. The workouts are challenging and are never the same, so I don’t get bored. I always leave feeling accomplished. The coaches are passionate about what they do and are very knowledgeable. I really like that modifications are given to target all fitness levels.
I love to be pushed. Working out in a group pushes me. The rocking' music pushes me. The upbeat, supportive trainers push me. Two thumbs up!

It's a very well rounded approach to fitness. I like the booking system. It creates an accountability to show up to class. My favorite part though is the heart rate monitor. I always felt so behind others before because I couldn't push myself as hard. With the heart rate monitor, it always lets me know that I am in competition with no one but myself. I don't think I've ever been so motivated to push myself harder each and every workout!
The instructor Kevin was great, very informative and good music to workout to!
Like the guided workout, good communication about options on weight room side (generally) and cleanliness of facility.
The workout is fun and envigorating. It’s tough but I always leave with a smile on my face and a feeling of accomplishment.
The staff and coaches are awesome. They are really encouraging and care about your fitness journey. The class overall is unique and an experience everyone should try!

I like that I don't get bored, the class time seems to fly by. And I like the fact that I am constantly being challenged throughout the workouts, either by monitoring my own heart rate to know when to back off and when to pick up the intensity or from the instructors hyping up one last all out!
