everything but I REALLY wish there were later classes offered on the weekends
I don't typically like going to gyms, (I'm more into backpacking/hiking and outdoor activities) but I love the instructor-led format and the energy in the room. I feel completely comfortable getting outside of my comfort zone with the floor exercises and can already notice the difference in my stamina and speed on the trail.
The coaching is great and the workouts are well thought out. I’ve been doing it since the beginning of the year and the hard work is really starting to pay off.

Visiting from out of town. You guys were great! Both instructors were excellent. Can’t remember names but both were male. Desk staff also very helpful!
The variety
Trainers: Consistently engaged and in tune with the timing and members during the entire session. CDM has the best trainers-period.
Workout Variety
My first time filling one of these out, what a treat! "What do I like about your workout?" Hmm, well I guess the amount of time it takes to complete, as well as the running intervals combined with weight lifting exercises on the floor. More rowing! Haha.
The instructors, the music, the variety! Everything! I have never felt healthier 👍🏼😃 is it possible to suggest that more 15 lb weights get ordered? It seems like that is a very common female weight and often times all that are left is 12 which is too light, and 20 which is just a little too heavy. Thank you!
Great workout. clean facility, nice staff :)
I like that someone is pushing me to do more than I would on my own, but I can still work at my own pace.
Seeing the heart monitor and where I am, helps motivate me and is a reward to keep the effort up!
The music playing loud enough that no one can hear me when it’s tough!!
I like that I am led through the work out and the way there is floor time and cardio time. In one hour I’m getting in a great workout.

I like that it's a full body workout and you are constantly doing new workout techniques. The coaches also really motivate you too!

The coaches are great! They inspire you and provide you with great instructions. And they come around to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I love that no two workouts are alike.
I enjoy the non routine workout OTF offers, the ongoing encouragement from the coaches to get out of our comfort zones and challenge ourselves to push just a little more...the music selections vary per coach but seem to be consistent in adding energy to the room. Booking and viewing workout results online is the best part, it motivates me to do better as I continue to grow in my fitness journey.
