Fast paced and challenging
It's challenging, efficient and promotes full-body fitness. As somebody who transitioned from stationary, heavy weightlifting to OTF, I feel healthier and leaner than I have in a very long time. It's the right kind of fitness and I would definitely recommend to all fitness levels.

The workouts are pretty motivating. Even if you don’t feel like working out, when the person next to you us running full speed it motivates you a bit more than if you were working out by yourself.

Trainers are amazing! Chris and Kristen are awesome. The equipment is clean and new. The receptionists are always very pleasant. And obviously, the workout theory is highly effective. I love being being able to watch my results in real time. It is very motivating. The trainers are very motivating as well. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience.

You get a great workout in less than an hour. Being in a group setting helps with motivation as it may not be as easy to workout alone
