Everything! I love that the workout is different every day and involves so many varying exercises so I never get bored! Plus, it is such an amazing workout for the same reasons! The coaches at San Clemente are great!!!

Accountability, once you sign up for a class, you can't just cancel last minute. In addition, I am lucky enough to have 3 or my 5 workouts with Shari. She is an incredible motivator. She knows how to push you to try harder and she is the only trainer who corrects my form. She is too good to be true, my wife and I love her.
I love that I get a full body workout and walk out feeling like I just kicked butt!!! The coaches are awesome and always "push" me to work harder. The fantastic staff at the front greets me by name (regular gyms don't do that) and they're always willing to help with whatever anybody needs.
When the alarm goes off in the morning I never hit snooze and never dread getting ready in the dark. It's my time to do something that makes me feel good.
Good amount of cardio and lots of variety
Anyone can do this workout and adjust it to their fitness level. I love that I can just show up and get a great workout without having to think about which weights/machines I should use. Also, all the staff is friendly, welcoming & motivating!
It's always different and pushes my limits! The instructors motivate and challenge me, the workout gets me sweating and I leave feeling accomplished. That's hard to beat!
