The coaches make it great !!!
I started working out at OTF Collegeville 10 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I never thought I would be one of those people that actually looked forward to getting to the gym! I can’t say enough good things about the staff at OTF Collegeville - from the front desk staff to every single coach, they are the best! You can tell each coach truly believes in you and motivates you to accomplish your goals !
Love the variety of workouts and the coaches (especially Amanda & Will)! Music is great and everyone is very welcoming - staff & other clients.

Very well organized. It's a very efficient workout - we get a lot done in 55 minutes. It is very reasonably priced. And Amanda is a fantastic coach!
I like that I get the running rowing and weights all in a structured 1 hour workout. I would like to have more of a variety of coaches to change it up a little bit.

I love everything about the workout. Trainers are motivating and knowledgeable. My only "gripe" would be MUSIC!!! Playlists are filled with too much dance and hip hop. A good workout especially with cardio needs rock music on the playlist. Should have contests where members can make playlists as a reward (just a thought).
Anyone can participate. It doesn’t matter how old or out of shape you are. You exercise at your level,no judgment.
I like how I don't have to think about anything when I get there and how the workouts are different each day.
One suggestion I have for OTF NoLibs is to get a few more sets of 15 and 20 lb weights since only have the stations have either of them. Since the classes are majority female, those are the ones most often used and I know several people can't use their weight of choice due to the limited quantity. Even just 3-4 more sets of each on the side would be great.

Love OTF. It has been such a positive thing in my life and has helped me become healthier both physically and mentally! The coaches are extremely motivating and really show you what you can achieve if you push yourself!
