What I like most about my workout is that both Coach Gabe and Stacy keep you motivated and continuously push you to work hard. Not to mention, they can turn a workout into something fun. I also like that the workouts change every time, so that you don’t get bored.

Besides losing 30lbs. I become cardiovascularly and physically stronger.
Convenient location complète workout in 1 hr w always a new challenge to push thru. Since I started ORANGETHEORY I have notice a dramatic improvement in my left shoulder. It does not keep me up at night anymore. The pain is now a dull ache. It used to wake me up 50 times a night. I feel so much better.

I like the group atmosphere, but you are still working out alone.
It is quick, efficient, and hits all parts of the body. To be pushed and to see results instantly on what kind of work out you had makes you want to come back and push some more.
Everytime its different. Perfect Mix of cardio and weights. Great music to keep u motivated. Great coaches to push u further.
Coaches are supportive and encouraging. Alternative floor exercise is usually demonstrated.

Love everything about it! High intensity, and immediate gratification when I see the calories burned and how much time I spent in the orange and red zones. The trainers are all awesome and super motivating. Love how clean and new the studio looks. Can personally say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in, and I’ve only been a member for about 7 months. (Just started going about 5x a week the last 5 weeks and saw results immediately!). Haven’t even had to train too much outside the studio for my half marathon, because the HIT training and weights have helped my long distance running improve so much.
The upbeat trainers and the music. They push you above your limit and make you feel accomplished!

The ability to work in a group environment but support various levels of intensity is really great. I appreciate the variances of the day to day workouts.
I would like to see more’lifting’ Exercises with heavier weights...however, it does seem like this may be increasing since I first joined.
The coaches here are great...they are probably the biggest differentiator
