I really enjoy the structure and breakdown of the Orange Theory workouts, and the timed blocks push you to not only perform well but to also want to do so. Everyone at OTF UCity is amazing, from the awesome coaches who motivate me each session, to all of the friendly and helpful staff who let me ask them a hundred questions and still seem unbothered. I like them all so much that I even look forward to seeing them outside of my workouts :)
1 hour intense workout. Every workout is different and group workout adds motivation and keeps us pushing more towards that goal.
I like the group classes and the motivation from the coaches. I like the variety of the classes and that it forces me to work areas that I wouldn't think to do on my own. I love the benchmark workouts/challenges to see my progression.

Workout was easy to follow and fun! Morgan was excellent in explaining the use of the equipment and checking on me during the class. Others in the class were supportive and helpful as well. Great atmosphere!

I have done three workouts so far at Orangetheory Fitness - Cherry Hill, and it has been a life-changer for me. As someone who has had bad experiences at other gyms, the environment at Orangetheory is challenging yet transformative. Everyone here has been so kind and supportive from the moment I walked through the door for the first time, and both coaches I’ve had so far (Gillian and Raymond) are motivating and caring. Through their instruction, I’ve been able to achieve feats I’ve never thought possible, and I’m already seeing results from the intense workouts. Each workout is varied (which I really like), and there’s always room to challenge oneself to be their best. I already can’t wait for my next class. I’m so glad I found Orangetheory Fitness! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!
I like that each day is different but no matter what I still get a tough workout. I like the mix of treadmill floor and rower, it makes the hour go fast!

I like that it’s a little bit of everything in one class. You’re not in one spot for too long of a time which makes it easier to push through. I really enjoy it....And this comes from someone who HATES working out!
I love the OTF workout. It's challenging and fun. I like that I don't have to research and plan workouts for myself.
Efficient. Mix of cardio and strength. Variety. I enjoy rowing and very few workouts incorporate it.
