In a world where you are usually just a number the team at the Lancaster OTF makes you feel like you are part of the family. It always amazes me when they greet me by name. I know it's their job, but it truly feels genuine. They are supportive and encouraging. I love the music and the coaches. I've worked out for years and never felt enthusiastic about it. I leave there excited for the next time I can go back. I can't get enough! Now...if I could just have this much motivation with my diet I would be set!

The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. It hits every type of exercise so I don't feel the need to do anything else. After going to OT, I realized what real workout was.
I liked working out with a group and having a coach pushing you to push yourself more. Very motivational.

It’s a judgement free zone. The trainers are excellent. I am the heaviest in there but Joylene doesn’t look at me that way. So for an hour I feel beautiful while working out.

I like that its based off of heart rate zones and my individual body, not just being told to go faster the entire time
I’ve been a total couch potato the past few years and this class is whipping me into shape! It’s the first class where I’m moving so much I barely have time to look at the clock. I love that the treadmill workouts have the option to power walk, run or jog. It feels very attainable for someone new to exercising! I signed up for the package that gives you two classes a week but am already thinking about upgrading to unlimited!
