Coaches are great-- they keep the group on-track and work in personal coaching/motivation throughout. Work-outs are a good mix of consistent exercises and new/varied exercises.

It was super fun and challenging. It wasn’t too competitive and could be altered to fit your fitness level.
The challenge. I also liked that back home my sister did the same workout that I did in Philly.
I really enjoyed being able to see my heart rate the whole hour. It kept me motivated to try harder so I felt I got the most out of the hour workout!
Also having to schedule the class makes me more accountable to workout.
Lastly, its a whole body workout (weights and aerobic) and I love that!

I just have to show up, put myself in the hands of the coaches, and do my best, and all the other roadblocks to getting fit are taken care of for me!
