Coach is encouraging. Well balanced workout
before joining OTF I was not a fan of working out and very rarely did. The OTF classes are the perfect mix of cardio and weight training. I love that you can go at your own pace and do modifications if necessary. The coaches are also highly motivating and encourage you to push yourself which is what I need!
The only thing that's the same about the workout is the challenge. Everyday you can expect something new, but the real reason the workout's are so good is because the trainers are so good.
It's legitimately the most intense workout I've ever done. I love the loud music and pumped up feeling in the room, along with the instruction and encouragement of a coach-this combination makes for a super-fun, high energy, motivating atmosphere

Friendly staff- Chris Beck is the best! Great workout with results, you feel stronger and have tons of energy.
Everything it's the same type of workout I used to do with a trainer and I couldn't find anything like until this, without going back to a trainer.
i like that its structured. i like that it's a full, comprehensive workout that hits all the target goals of a solid workout-- and i like that i don't have to think about it. i also like that within that structure, you can push yourself as far as you can go-- and someone's there to oversee you and hold you accountable, but isn't hovering over you like a hawk. And lastly, but pretty importantly to me, I like that no one is socializing in class. Sometimes, when you workout one on one with a trainer, either trainer or client winds up talking, gossiping, and the emphasis is less about the workout and more about socializing.
None of that here.

I go to Heather''s class a lot and she truly tries to help w my medical restrictions. She is really a great instructor !!! I also go to Ryan's class and he does a great job.
Interval training, staff is awesome, efficient and good workouts. What I dont like: Music sometimes not loud or good, having to know so far in advance when I want/ can workout, billing and class registration cycle is a little off

Never boring and workouts change
Great all over workout in a quick hour. The treadmill portion ushes me beyond what I would ever do on my own.
It was refreshing to do something new. The pace of the class was awesome & I enjoyed the heart rate monitor during the workout so I knew if I needed to push harder. Seeing my total calories burned at the end was cool.
I like that is it very upbeat with loyal members! I have never looked forward to a workout class so much.
The intensity of each workout, how it quickly changes your body and the attentiveness of all the trainers.
I like the interval training and the levels of intensity.
The trainers and the music and the variety
I love the group dynamic and the instructors. They seem to know everyone personally, and are always encouraging me to push my boundaries. While I feel comforatable working at my own pace in the class, they also always ask for just a little bit more. I have improved so much because of them.
