What do you like about our workout?

I am in and out and feel like i had a complete work out in the hour i was there. I love the friendliness of the trainers and frint desk staff. Love the new tread mills... since they are new i feel like they have been better on my knees.

I like that it is customizable to different fitness levels, that it is always different and that it combines cardio and strength in one workout.

What do you like about our workout?

You're constantly moving and doing different circuits which makes it fun. Great intensity and the instructor pushes you the right amount to get you going. A really good workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Switching my workout from just weight training to a total cardio workout was a nice change. The instructor was motivated and kept me moving! It was a nice challenge and i was happy to leave my comfort zone for a change. The equipment was of superior quality and easy to use and there was plenty of it to get the job done.
