I love the combination of cardio and weights. I also found it very challenging.
I love that the coaches take the time to get to know you. They push you to your limits while keeping the workouts fun and different every time. There's no other gym like it.
I love how the workouts are constantly changing and challenging. The trainers - James and Bryan - are the best! They truly care about our performance and push us to the next level!

The coaching staff is top notch, informed, and always making sure you are getting the most out of your workout safely. The variety of the workouts and the fact it incorporates both cardio and strength training is terrific. I've always been a lifter and avoided cardio training, but find myself looking forward to my next class.
All aspects from the variety, the intensity, the coaches to the other members. OTF Audubon makes working out worth getting up in the morning. There is much praise to the coaches, staff, and especially the owners for putting together a great team and inviting environment to come to day in and day out.
This is by far one of the best studio (fitness facility) that I have ever been a member of.

It'a the most effective 1 hour workout I've tried after many years of gym memberships. Love the energy of a coach led workout! All the coaches at OTF Princeton are awesome!💪🍊💪
The instructors are so motivating and push you to your limit. If I didn't have that, I wouldn't feel as strong as I do today. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life and know that they can push me even further. OTF Audubon is amazing and feels like my second family! Although the workouts are challenging, I look forward to it every time!
Challenging but not impossible. Made me do activities that I wouldn't normally do, thus excising totally different muscle groups!
The coaches are great! The workouts are varied and challenging.
I like the variety withing each workout and that no 2 workouts are the same. It's also great that their are always modifications available to allow people at any fitness level to participate and still get a great workout.
I like to be motivated in a group setting. Coaches do a great job to encourage you to go beyond the call of you think you have. The music is very motivational too!
