The intensity of the workout is what works best. I realize that it's only 1 hour of my busy day and although there are many people in my class with higher capabilities as far as exercise, I am never made to feel as though my workout doesn't count. The instructors keep pushing me through encouraging words and they ALWAYS are available if I am not sure on how to do a particular exercise. I don't love the rower but well, I guess I have to learn to at least like it.
the friendliness of the staff
I like the workouts because they, so far, have not been exactly the same. I like the fact that the workouts cover cardio as well as floor exercises. I also like the change in groups so I am not doing the same thing for an hour. The coaches are great in that they create a positive challenge and even though I am not up to the level in some areas, they don't point me out but are happy that I keep trying.
Bottom Line is that this is the type of class I needed!!

The Orangetheory workouts challenge me everyday to push myself beyond my comfort zone. No matter how hard the class is, I always leave feeling a great sense of accomplishment knowing I gave it everything I got!

I like that the workouts are well rounded challenging and well coached. I also appreciate that the workouts are accessible to people of all fitness levels.
I loved the workout. I was a college athlete and I started to have trouble working out on my own, or I found myself getting bored at the gym. The workout was great because it felt like I had a coach encouraging me to push harder in my workout again!

I only had 1 workout so far but it was intense, basically what I need in a workout! I plan on getting back on track next week!
Variations in workouts
I love that I am able to customize my workout to my personal fitness level during class. I never feel as though I am too out of shape to participate, but I am always challenged to push harder. The ability to schedule classes in advance gives me the accountability and keeps me from making my fitness less of a priority in my hectic life!
