Great all over workout in a quick hour. The treadmill portion ushes me beyond what I would ever do on my own.
It was refreshing to do something new. The pace of the class was awesome & I enjoyed the heart rate monitor during the workout so I knew if I needed to push harder. Seeing my total calories burned at the end was cool.
I like that is it very upbeat with loyal members! I have never looked forward to a workout class so much.
The intensity of each workout, how it quickly changes your body and the attentiveness of all the trainers.

The trainers and the music and the variety
I love the group dynamic and the instructors. They seem to know everyone personally, and are always encouraging me to push my boundaries. While I feel comforatable working at my own pace in the class, they also always ask for just a little bit more. I have improved so much because of them.
Excellent variety of exercises and great motivating instructors.
They are structured, hard workouts with trainers guiding you along the way. I hate have to count reps, it is distracting and I always lose count when trying to focus on breathing and good form. This class setup takes all that ownership off me and onto the trainer and I can focus on what is important.

The trainers are always so helpful and the classes are always high energy. I love seeing my name up on the screen because it helps keep me aware of my body and how far I can really push it.
