Loud music, fun trainers, amaxing staff, upbeat, always different, intervals, learning about my heart rate and where it should be, seeing the board be orange!
That it is a complete workout in an hour and keeps changing so I dont get bored
Encouraging trainers. They keep you wanting to work hard. They demonstrate all exercises.
I like how all the circuits are are targeted for different parts of the body.
High energy, well planned out, every single class is different, great use of an hour!
full-body toning exercises and cardio in 60 mns with up and down in BPM ...love it and highly recommended .

I love my coach Lisa and how she's so engaging throughout classes. I love how we all push one another. Training at Orange gives me a real sense of being an athlete. It is a welcomed change of pace from the typical weigh lifting workouts at regular gyms. The staff at Blue Bell are wonderful.

I very much appreciate the structure and diverse exercises. I love that every class is different. I have never worked so hard in my life!!!
I am pretty much the weakest link in the class. I was really struggling with an exercise and the instructor came up to me and praised me for my hard work and motivated me to continue. I can't thank him enough for his encouragement. This is why I love OT!!

The Orange Theory concept is interesting
I would give a 10.. But its really hard to get into the 9:30 classes during the week which fits my schedule..
The waiting list thing kinda puts me off.
I go to another gym, there is never a waiting list.. i go in take the class..
no worries But to schedule my classes is hard because i am on call a lot..
