Stop have great trainers and a sense of community. Workouts are well thought out and keep me in good general fitness. Appreciate the new options of Strength 50 - which is more in line with my needs.

I love how you get a really good workout in 60 minutes. I only go 8x a month and really get the most out of those classes. The fast paced, HIIT style keeps it fun and interesting. I’m never bored. I’ve been going for over 5 years and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon!
