For one hour you are completely focused on nothing but your workout. You are tuned in to the trainer and in touch with your body. There's no time to think about what to make for dinner or anything else. Its one hour with no time wasted. No one is looking at you, or cares what you're doing. ( well, maybe a little, lol) Its between you and yourself.
The trainers are motivating, helpful and encouraging. The workout includes the two most important part of exercise, Cardio and Strength training with stretching at the end. The energy at the studios are welcoming and friendly.
I love the energy! Met so many wonderful ladies that just want to stay healthy, and get fit MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY! The staff is wonderful amd extremely helpful with people like me. (50 yrs old and don’t know sh*t about working out lol) I am a beginner, so I’m feeling the pain, but that’s means it’s working. Can’t wait to see the results!
It covers all aspects of a workout. I can go at my own pace.

Love classes and coaches in Patchogue but classes sometimes fill up making it difficult to get in. Especially with my work schedule which is not always concrete.
How it is structured
Ryan made me very comfortable and explained the workouts and technique perfectly. I was able to do exercises I did not think I could. Great energy and felt awesome afterwards

Keri was amazing! Her microphone was broken and I had no idea. She was super motivating and checked in to make sure I was doing well in my first class. The staff as a whole were also great! So excited to come back!
