The OTF workouts are challenging but the wonderful coaches make it possible for anyone to participate in the classes. They offer modifications and assistance for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Structure and pace of the workout
I really enjoy that the classes are different every day and that the instructors are very motivating.
I thought Ricky the instructor was great. He was clear in what he said and checked on me
to see if I was doing the moves correctly. Most gyms could care less if you are doing things
right.
Effective and efficient
Great work outs that keep you motivated. It’s like having a personal trainer. I would not achieve the intensity of the Orange Theory work outs on my own. The workouts are designed to burn fat while building muscle and endurance.
It's never boring. I like the variety of the workout. The coaches are great and I would love to see Natalie in some night classes. Her schedule has been changed and she is mostly coaching in the morning. I would love to see her at night as she has become a favorite of mine. Overall, I am pleased with the workouts and would recommend OT to my friends.
