I love everything about the workouts! It’s a no brainer. All I have to do is show up with my heart rate monitor and the rest is done for me. I also love the coaches and everyone else who is there to support and encourage us to continually push us to do our best. I have been exercising for many years and in the six months that I have been coming I have seen the greatest improvement in my strength and have seen my body transforming. Coach Kayla goes out of her way to correct and help you push yourself. I feel as if she gives everyone one on one attention, which makes you feel like you have your own personal trainer!!!! Ot is the best!!!

It's a great workout that allows you to start and build at your own pace, i have slowly progressed from the strider to power walking and now finally have started running without any further injury to my lower back. (something i have been very Leary of).
I love that i have been going over 2-1/2 years and have never had the same workout twice! I never know what i'm walking into.

I like that I get my work out done in an hour, when I am doing an exercise incorrectly the coaches offer correction so you are getting it done right! I love that I am done in an hour and go on with my day!

Ricky is amazingly good at what he does. He keeps the energy level of the room at max but it feels like he’s working with you alone, pushing you to your limits. The music choices were great,

Great scientific approach
The workouts are challenging! But I love how my body is responding to them! Spurts of intensity, engaging multiple muscle groups. Burning calories and developing lean muscle! Love it! And your coach’s are pretty cool too!
