What do you like about our workout?

The coach Kaitlyn was awesome! She was able to continue to push me after I felt like stopping. In the end, I didn’t feel exhausted rather felt like I genuinely had a really good workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact that you have to push yourself to stay in the higher zones. I would have liked it if I had a little more instruction for proper form etc but I do understand that’s difficult for the instructor.

It's a full body workout in an hour! I love how each class is different and we work on different muscles and get my cardio in.

It is never boring. We have the opportunity to work out different parts of the body and it is always fun! The teacher are always pushing you to do your maximum and it really makes the difference for me!

I love that I get a different workout every time I go, and that I am pushed harder than I would push myself if I were working out alone. The classes are fun and motivating.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the high intensity of it and all the cardio. The biggest reason I continue to come to the classes are the coaches and their playlist. A good playlist goes a long way along with their motivation pushing us through.

I truly like that there are no distractions as in a regular gym. You commit to the one hour and it is full on training and cardio workout.
