I like the fact that you have to push yourself to stay in the higher zones. I would have liked it if I had a little more instruction for proper form etc but I do understand that’s difficult for the instructor.

It's a full body workout in an hour! I love how each class is different and we work on different muscles and get my cardio in.
The workout is well designed and the coaches are great support for all members. I also like the small classes with the close attention provided by the coaches.
It is never boring. We have the opportunity to work out different parts of the body and it is always fun! The teacher are always pushing you to do your maximum and it really makes the difference for me!

I love the high intensity of it and all the cardio. The biggest reason I continue to come to the classes are the coaches and their playlist. A good playlist goes a long way along with their motivation pushing us through.
