I get a great workout in one hour. I could never match this intensity on my own in a regular gym.

In and out in one hour. Changes every time. Work different body parts. Love the rower mixed into the work out—- never would have used a rower at a g before. I walk and love that I can get the same out of my work out as my friends that run!

The coaches. The fact that this work out makes me do some weight lifting, when I would go to the gym on my own I would only do cardio. It is different every single day. I always feel challenged. The vibe in the room is excellent. I've never had a bad class. Even though some days I dread going, I'm always sooooo happy I did when it's over.

I love OTF. It is the easiest way for me to get fantastic workouts in. I roll out of bed for my 5am class and just follow what the coach says. There is not one day I leave that I am not dripping in sweat. It is amazing. It is like having your own personal trainer in every class. Plus the motivation that the coaches give is unparalleled. For me it is worth every penny I try and go 5-6 days a week! Amazing!

It’s a great workout and excellent instructors . You should change the sign up method because there is a big loophole that makes it very frustrating. Only do ONE week advance sign up! Not TWO . Like Soul Cycle . People register for 2 weeks of classes and it books up too fast. Made the sign up stressful as all classes were full and a spot wouldn’t open until midnight or right before
