I don’t motivate myself enough when I go to the gym alone. I like that when I show up to Orangetheory I know I’ll push myself and don’t have to worry about feeling like it was a waste of time.
The workouts are intense. Just when i think it cant get any more difficult, it does, and i love it. All of the coaches are nice and almost all of them push you to go heavier/ correct your form. The location of the studio is great with lots of parking.
Orangetheory workouts are the most efficient 60 minute workouts. The coaches are amazing. The workouts are personal training workouts in a group setting. I love being able to schedule my classes using the app.
I highly recommend Orangetheory to everyone.
Trish at the front desk was very helpful. I could modify the routine to fit my specific needs. The music and energy were great! I love the small group/peer pressure element (lol).

Trainers are great and every class is different
Every class is a Challenge besides being different. The teachers no matter who it is Have been great. They push you and make you work hard.

The one-hour structured exercise program is very helpful for someone like me who doesn’t have the free time to get a full body workout on my own! And tracking your results is very inspiring!
No matter what workout or day it is, I always leave OTF Sayville feeling accomplished! As a former division 1 athlete, it is hard to replicate workouts that I used to do with the same intensity from when I was a collegiate athlete. Every time I go to OTF Sayville, I know that I will walk out feeling like I had a great workout. Love the OTF Sayville coaches!
Easy to follow, you can go at your own pace or really challenge yourself. The visual cues are great and the progress tracker along the way is the best.

I love the energy each and everyday. Even at 8:35 at night. My favorite thing is the workouts change all the time.

Good trainers. More than the workout I like the front desk, customer service of the location, and the manager.
The trainers and workouts are getting better in regards to form but due to the size they cant always focus on good form in their workouts. In regards to headquarters they could send workouts that are not such that would hurt the back, ab workouts that would not strain the back would be helpful.
