The staff is amazing and so are the instructors. Each instructor puts their own spin on the music. Everyone is very motivating and I am happy to be part of the OTF nation!!! :)

I like the short intervals within the hour class. I feel as though I can do anything for 2 minutes and this motivates me to "push" through.

It was high energy. Loved the music to sync with workouts. I was able to get an intense workout that was comprehensive .

I love that it's always different. Every time I go in the work outs are new an exciting and sometimes really tuff. The coaches are always pushing you to your next limit. I only go once a week and it's my favorite workout of the week. I look forward to it all week.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workout not only changes daily, but new exercises in the weight room, theme for the treadmill and incorporation of the rowers change up often. Best of all, I appreciate the attention from the coaches. They are motivating and there to help us get the most out of our workouts.

What do you like about our workout?

It's everything I need- Cardio and weight training- if I met to a regular gym I would just run- where as in class we are pushed to go further and harder.
