Never worked out before with a trainer. I liked it. Pushed myself harder. Never really worked out with a heart rate monitor either that helped.
I like that no workouts are the same! Every single day there is a different workout. I am not bored working out.
I like that it pushes me to do more than I would do on my own. I think the coaches are very approachable and experienced and always noticing if I do an exercise incorrectly. The staff is so helpful and everyone is so nice. When I complete my workout I know that I put in the effort.
The facility is clean and spacious. I would recommend Orange Theory and especially the Carle Place facility.
I like that it's an hour of cardio and weight training and that heart rate is such an integral part of the class.

Being able to push myself to my own ability and not to the limits of someone who may or may not be more fit than I am. I walk out of class every time feeling like I got the best possible workout that I could for the day.
Everything...cardio, weight training, front desk staff and coaches, have made great friends!

Variety and time spent on each block
Love the intervals of wiggling working out. I feel the burn so much more than I did at my other gym. I'm 100% satisfied!
