It's fun and motivating and it kicks my butt everytime! I love that the workout is always different and I always look forward to going!

I like having my workouts pre planned for me. I don't have to think about "what did I work yesterday, what should I work today?" And then having to plan out the moves and everything. All of that is done for me I show up, I listen and an hour later later I leave sweaty and tired.

The workout hits different parts of your body. I am still new to the class but definitely enjoyed the instructors and enjoyed the energy in the room. I never looked at the clock to see when the class was over, therefore I was not bored....which is a plus!!!
I like having the trainers direct the workout for the entire hour, while being able to watch my heart rate monitor on the screen. I've been a member for almost 2 months, and have seen progress. I look forward to coming and working out each time!
