I like that it keeps me engaged since it isn't 60 minutes of the same thing and that there is intensity and pace to it.
I like that it incorporates my favorite workout, running.
I like that it is sort of a team environment because of the smaller size and the coach/trainer. I like this aspect because it is motivating, but at the same time you can also go at your own pace, so you don't feel held back by others and also don't feel like you are holding anyone else.
I like that the weight section has the workout on the monitor to help remind you of the move, proper form and number of reps.
EVERYTHING!! The fact that it's individually driven yet part of a group that motivates me with a very professional trainer, it's perfecto!!!
It’s a community atmosphere with incredibly talented and motivating coaches. It’s also the toughest and fastest workout with amazing results. I feel stronger after every class.
OTF gives me the push that I wouldn't otherwise give myself if I were to go to any gym. The workouts are never the same, therefore, you are never bored.
The trainers are motivating and the exercises constantly change.

The trial class went fantastic. Deb did a great job keeping me from pushing it too hard since it has been almost 2 years since I was in a gym. Even at my age, 50+, I am looking forward to getting back in there.
Love the convenience of the workouts and they definitely work. Great staff and I would gladly recommend to a friend.
Two critical points of feedback. 1) it's too hard to find an open class because people signup for dozens of classes then cancel last minute. 2) it would be good for trainers to better explain where you should focus (on which muscles) while demonstrating in the weight room. For new exercises I sometimes feel like I don't figure it out until several reps/rounds in.
