Great workouts; very challenging but everyone can tailor to their own ability.
Like that it combines all in one session; cardio & strenght.
Like the OT connect so I can track progress/effort.
My one suggestion is that it would be nice to be able to see on the OT website (in our profile) what our progress has been in terms of increasing our zone ranges.
AS for teh trainers, all of the trainers are greats but Andre is your absolute best asset!
He is very professional, very knowledgeable; he is focused and ready to motivate the class to deliver their absolute best in each and every session. He is always "on point"; he is "present" & fully engaged in each session vs just following a script; that level of intensity is not an easy thing at 5:15 am but delivers it week after week!
Great coach, Luke, who watches and helps everyone. Gives clear instructions. A varied workout so it is not a boring class or repetitive. Always helpful and friendly ladies at the front desk. A very clean environment.

I love the 2G format for a very simple reason. Time. Being this is a timed class and program any workout with 6-8 transitions is worthless. I burn less, I earn less splats.
