I like variety and the personal trainer feel in a group setting
I have worked out for years with different programs from the typical big box gym to Crossfit. I like the intensity of OT and the fact that it's healthier for the joints and in particular, the shoulders.
Scott was super fit and motivating. Liked that workout and all the motion and changes. Playlist was a little too chill for running. Super friendly staff!
Always hard but manageable. At the young age of 40, it transformed my body in a way I didn't think was still possible.
The energy and diversity in workouts
The sense of community and genuine concern shown by all of the coaches. I can be having the worst day ever and just barely drag myself to a workout, but I feel 1000 times better the second I walk through the door and am greeted by everyone. Thanks also for all of the modifications as I nurse my various injuries.
