What do you like about our workout?

I love OT workouts because they are fast paced while providing a good workout. I also love it because it can be tailored to different levels. I can come with others who have different fitness levels and goals, but we all leave feeling proud of what we accomplished on a personal level.

I love how each session is different and how motivating and helpful the coaches are. I usually walk in a bit listless and leave invigorated.

What do you like about our workout?

The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful! And the coaches . . . They are wonderful!!! I can go on any day and know that I'm going to be encouraged and challenged while getting a great workout. Special shout-out to Megan and Heidi for helping my 14 yr-old daughter learn the ropes. ❤

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoyed the group atmosphere and having the program planned out for me. It allowed me to just focus on my performance. The coach have great instruction and answered any questions I had quickly. He explained all the equipment and how the program works really well and then reviewed my results after the workout.

It was a lot of fun!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety and the intervals to keep me interested. I love that you can get in your cardio and your lifting without having to worry about it. I also like that the rower is thrown in there. I love weightlifting blocks with rowing, it helps keep my heart rate up and helps me improve on my rowing skills.

I can work as hard as I'm able on any given day. Variety of exercise. Challenging. I know I'm getting a great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I've been an OT member since Dec-2014 and try to consistently go 2x per week. I love the workout! It is an intense 55-min activity led by a trainer. The "routine" is never routine....the exercises and treadmill work are always different in some way. The environment is very comfortable...people of all shapes, sizes and athletic ability. The competition is solely with yourself and your own heart-rate. For those of us that get bored doing this in a self-directed fashion, OT is a great alternative!

What do you like about our workout?

I have written several times before about the workout. The only new piece is a concerted effort to keep the workouts current. It seems as though there are minor but significant changes in the workouts which likely reflect changes in workout theory. OTF has added exercises in the weight room and put a bit more emphasis on rowing. Putting the different workout types (endurance, strength, power, ESP) in a random order is also relatively new and a significant change.

I like that it's a mix up of activities. Tornados are my favorite. At 52 I can't be in a gym just banging weights anymore.

The staff is extremely friendly and motivating.

What do you like about our workout?

Like any gym, it's tough to walk in knowing it's gonna be a hard workout. But leaving an OT workout I feel great because I've been pushed harder than I would have pushed myself.
